Delivery Information:

- UPS is our primary carrier

- Shipping Terms: FOB Point of Shipment

- Shipping Methods - All packages are shipped UPS Ground Service unless you choose a priority delivery service (example: UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3-Day Select). UPS transit days are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Transit days begin the day after UPS picks up your package.(5:00pm EST)

- Orders for products listed as "Ships Same Business Day" must be received by 12 noon EST. Any orders recieved after 12 noon will be shipped the following business day.

- Next Day Air shipping: available: up until 12 noon EST (Where Available)

- UPS Ground: Delivery Typically 1-5 days

- UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by end of second business day. Order must be received by 12 noon EST. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

- UPS 3rd Day Air: Delivery by end of third business day. Order must be received by 12 noon EST. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

- Damaged shipments: Before you sign for any package, carefully inspect the package and it contents for damage. In the event of a problem, please note the damage with the carrier. Please call or write us immediately with the details of the damage. Please be sure to save the box and packing material.

- Incorrect Shipments: If there has been an error in your shipment, please contact us at 800-724-2209 and we will pay for shipping charges on returned items due to our error

- Sales Tax: Linemen's Supply Inc. is located in New York. We collect applicable state and county sales taxes within New York State.
